Gluten and dairy free Dutch spice nuts

Always wondered how these things taste like from The Netherlands?
Here is how you can make your own πŸ˜‰

To make them really fresh, you can keep 1/2 of the dough in the fridge for later.
You can keep it for 2 days there.

The recipe is gluten and dairy free.
But of you want you could of course use regular flour and dairy.

200 gram flour ( I used SchΓ€r cookie mix )
100 gram light brown sugar

3 gram ( 1 tea spoon ) baking powder ( I used tartaric acid)
10 gram ( two table spoons ) spiced cookies mix herbs
1 bag of vanilla sugar
little bit of salt

Mix this

4 table spoons of soy milk
1 egg
100 gram non salty margarine

I want to be quick so I melted the margarine in the microwave.
Then I mixed all the wet ingredients with the dry with a dough spoon.
When it came together I knead it with my hands.

Put the dough in a bowl with a plastic wrap for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
If you don’t do this, the nuts will become cookies.

Make balls of the dough.
Put them on a baking tray with baking paper.
To give them some color you can brush some soy milk on them.
I forgot to do this.

Bake them in about 15 minutes om 180 deg,

Enjoy making them! Let me know how they turned out!

You can see them in real life in my vlog: https://youtu.be/PlwENsrAgdA
